With EasyHire™, we will:

• Choose potential candidates for your job opening
• Personally interview and test each one for English skills and for the specific skill set that you need – be it SEO, link building, administrative work, writing, web design, etc.
• Record the interview process and let you listen to the recording, should you wish to
• Explain to each one what is expected of them
• Discuss with them the payment details, payment methods, the number of hours they are expected to work per week, etc. (based on your specifications)
• Choose the candidate that we feel will best fit your job opening

Once we find the right worker:

• We will endorse to you the contractor that we choose
• Managing, training, giving your worker instructions, and sending them payment is your sole responsibility
• Should it not work out between you and the person we chose, you can request that we replace the contractor, within 60 days from when we endorsed them to you, and we won’t charge you anything.
• We will only change a contractor once.

What we need from you:

• We need you tell us the kind of worker you are looking for and what you need them to do
• We need you to understand that we are a recruiting service.  We only do the recruiting.  Everything else (training, managing, payment, etc.) is your responsibility
• We need you to recognize that you are working with a person and that they need for you to tell them what to do, at least at the beginning of your working relationship.
• You should know that in order for outsourcing to work, you need to invest some time to properly endorse and delegate certain parts of your business to your hired contractor

How does EasyHire™ work?

• Step 1: Fill out the form below to tell us what you need.
• Step 2: Submit payment
• Give us time to do the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Once we find the right candidate, we will let you know right away.
• We then endorse to you the worker that we choose and they become your contractor.
• If for some reason you need to change workers, contact us within 60 days from the date we endorsed to you the worker, and we will find a replacement for free.  You can only change workers once.

How much will it cost you to use EasyHire™?

• For first time clients, EasyHire™ costs $700.00.
• Because we value your loyalty, EasyHire™ only costs $400.00 for repeat customers.
