Question: With your system the way it is currently, there is a “Reject” button next to the “Hire Worker” button. What happens when I click on “Reject” ?

@Chris:

If you clicked on “Reject”, it means that you are disregarding the application of the member on your job post. The applicant will then be notified that he was been rejected for the job. However if you clicked on the button, you will still have a new option to reconsider his application.
