Job Posting Rules

All job openings that are posted in EasyOutsource are subject to review by the site administration. If an opening is deemed to be inappropriate for any reason, it may be removed immediately and may result in the suspension or even termination of the User’s account.
In order for the job to be deemed in accordance to EasyOutsource policies, you must comply with the following rules:
- Do not request fees from workers to bid for or apply to your job post.
- Do not include offensive language or content.
- Do not intend any illegal activity.
- Do not intend any activity that violates other websites’ Terms of Service (Craigslist, Yahoo, Backpage, etc.).
- Do not post jobs involving the use of spyware, spam-bots, viruses or any other products with malicious intent.
- Do not create multiple, simultaneous posts for the same job (whether in the same or different categories).
- You should include the phrase, “(Adult Content)” in the Job Description if the work listed involves adult content.
- Do not post jobs that are clearly discriminatory in nature.
- All job posts should be salaried, preferably on an hourly rate. All must be work-from-home/online jobs, either part-time or full-time. No job posting should be on a commission basis.
In addition to the above rules, the following are guidelines that we recommend you follow in posting jobs at EasyOutsource:
- Post Assignments with clear scope, well-defined deliverables and required time frames.
- Post thorough, detailed and serious job openings.
- Cancel openings if there is no further intent to hire a worker.
- Either hire or reject interviewees after 7 business days.
- Carefully and thoughtfully make hire requests.
- Answer clarifying questions from workers and update the Assignment description.
- Evaluate multiple proposals against criteria important to you, such as a worker’s work experience, education, portfolio, certifications, references, communication style, and cost.
- Accept a proposal only when it has a clear statement of work, well-defined deliverables and milestones, precise time frames and payment terms.
***Changes to these rules may be made by the site owner without prior notice. Any changes made will be published on this page for your reference.

is it okay to post small jobs, just requiring a few hours?
And is it okay to offer a fixed fee for these small jobs?
Thank you
@James:
Yes, you can! As long as they are online jobs and don’t violate any of our job posting rules, you are good to go

Hi George, I’m sorry to say but that is not allowed. Please see rule #9:
“All job posts should be salaried, preferably on an hourly rate. All must be work-from-home/online jobs, either part-time or full-time. No job posting should be on a commission basis.“
Hi. I posted a job and was wondering if I can ask the worker how much they want for the job?
@Iadan: Yup, that is alright as long as you don’t ask your applicants to bid for a specific job post.
